When choosing the size, the chest and waist are the first elements to consider. The wetsuit is designed to fit very tightly, so much less water can come in to keep enough heat in your body. If you don't want to feel too tight, order 1-2 sizes up based on your size selection. Height and weight are just for reference; if your height is in one size and your weight is in another, we suggest you select the larger size.

The wetsuit is made of 90% neoprene and 10% nylon. Hand wash in cold water with a soft detergent, squeeze out and drain. If your skin is allergic to rubber, please take it off immediately or make sure you wear it over a t-shirt and not directly on your skin. The wetsuit may feel a little tight when it's dry on your first try, but it will be suitable in the water. You may find a slight smell when you open the bag, but this is not harmful, and the smell will dissipate after soaking the neoprene jacket in cold water and hand washing.
